Todd Landt — Grounded. Creative. Driven by Integrity.
Pig Sourcing Manager
With more than 36 years in the livestock industry, Todd has built his career on adaptability, relationships, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Growing up on his family’s grain and livestock farm, he learned early that hard work and steady leadership are what keep agriculture moving forward.
Professionally, Todd’s path has included roles as a Livestock Production Specialist, Feed Specialist, Feed Department Manager, and Swine Specialist — all leading to his current role as The Pig Sourcing Group Manager. Each day brings something different, but his focus remains on growth — for both the team and the producers they serve. He manages contracts, provides oversight, develops new business, and strategizes how to strengthen and expand The Pig Sourcing Group’s partnerships.
Known for his calm, practical approach and well-timed humor, Todd balances clear direction with the kind of perspective that keeps barns — and people — moving forward. For him, the most rewarding part of this work is hearing about producers doing well. Knowing the pigs and programs he helped coordinate are performing successfully gives him deep satisfaction.
His guiding principle — “Sometimes not taking the risk is the risk” — keeps him open to new ideas, willing to adapt, and unafraid to explore new ways of doing business. Todd reminds his team often that when producers succeed, the entire group succeeds — a belief that has guided him throughout his career.
When he’s not working, Todd enjoys farm chores, hunting, spending time outdoors, and raising a little livestock of his own. He’s happiest on the farm or soaking in the quiet moments that remind him why he loves this industry. People might be surprised to learn he once thought he wanted to be an air traffic controller — but fate led him to becoming a “pig traffic controller” instead. In his free time, you may find him catching up on episodes of The Voice.
Kevin Gibler — Reliable. Disciplined. Guided by Purpose.
Pig Sourcing Coordinator
With more than 40 years in the cooperative and livestock industries, Kevin has spent his career helping swine, beef, and dairy producers improve herd health, management, and nutrition. Over time, that work expanded into animal health leadership — including the development of a private-label swine vaccine line and management of a $50-million business. Known for his data-driven mindset and disciplined follow-through, Kevin is motivated by one goal: helping producers remain successful and sustainable for generations to come.
Each day, Kevin manages multiple aspects of operation — from sourcing pigs and overseeing regulatory and financial processes to coordinating several key pig flows. His involvement touches nearly every arrangement The Pig Sourcing Group facilitates, ensuring each is handled with precision and fairness.
Raised on a diversified livestock farm that included a farrow-to-finish operation, Kevin developed a lifelong respect for production agriculture early on. He believes true bravery is “doing what no one else is willing to do,” a principle reflected in his no-quit attitude and commitment to continual improvement. His greatest accomplishment isn’t found in spreadsheets or sales records — it’s in the lasting relationships he’s built throughout his career.
His guiding principle — “Sometimes not taking the risk is the risk” — keeps him open to new ideas, willing to adapt, and unafraid to explore new ways of doing business. Todd reminds his team often that when producers succeed, the entire group succeeds — a belief that has guided him throughout his career.
Mindy Bobb — Authentic. Relational. Driven by Passion.
Pig Sourcing Coordinator - Eastern Corn Belt
With 25 years in the swine industry, Mindy blends technical expertise and heart in every relationship she builds. Her background spans sow farm management, reproductive tech service, genetics, boar stud operations, and quality assurance — experience that elevates her work in pig sourcing across the Eastern Corn Belt and Midwest.
Day to day, Mindy maintains pig flows, deliveries, grading, invoicing, marketing, and farm prospecting — all while staying in constant communication with both sellers and buyers. Known for her down-to-earth, easygoing style, she’s a calm voice that keeps barns running smoothly and people at ease. Her favorite part of the job is helping producers turn what could become obsolete into something thriving, fair, and profitable, giving them back the peace of mind that comes with stability.
Raised on a small cattle farm in southern Ohio, Mindy found her way into pigs by chance — and never looked back. Her guiding principle: “Show up with courage, hold on to hope, deal in fairness, and you’ll always find a way to move forward.” That mindset shapes how she approaches every day and keeps her grounded through the ups and downs of an industry that never stands still.
When she’s not managing flows or finding new barns for pigs to call home, you’ll find her with family, surrounded by animals, camera in hand, or cheering on her beloved Buckeyes — bringing that same drive and spirit she gives to her producers and team every day.
Juliann Mullis — Driven. Professional. Committed to Growth.
Pig Sourcing Coordinator
With 15 years of experience in the swine and livestock industry, Juliann brings a blend of production expertise, business development savvy, and genuine passion for animal agriculture. Her career has spanned animal health distribution, farrow-to-finish management, and international work with a manufacturer of animal health products — experience that gives her a broad understanding of both the science and relationships it takes to be successful in the swine industry.
Within The Pig Sourcing Group, Juliann focuses on business development — identifying new buyers and sellers, grading pigs on-farm, and meeting directly with producers to understand their needs. Known for her professional style, she builds long-term relationships rooted in trust, communication, and results. Her favorite part of the job is connecting producers with healthy, well-matched groups of pigs that fit their management systems and help them remain profitable, even in the face of market swings.
Juliann’s career has always been driven by determination and steady growth. Early on, she built a nonexistent sales territory into a thriving million-dollar region, proving that hard work and perseverance pay off. She believes deeply in continuous improvement and in the power of teamwork — crediting her colleagues’ diverse experiences and nationwide network for helping The Pig Sourcing Group provide healthier pigs and stronger partnerships. Her simple but powerful lesson from years in the industry? “Pigs are easy. People are hard.” It’s a reminder that success depends not just on animals, but on understanding the humans who care for them.
Outside of work, Juliann and her husband live on a cattle farm, where they feed cattle and grow corn for feed, raising their young daughter amidst the same agricultural values. A Wisconsin native, she enjoys weekends spent with her family at local markets or simply soaking in farm life surrounded by their animals. Her down-to-earth nature, quiet humor, and unshakable work ethic make her a trusted partner to her customers — and an integral part of the team that keeps The Pig Sourcing Group thriving.
